Exchanges & Returns
Tan Madonna's will gladly accept exchanges/returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will only be paid in store credit only. We are unable to do refunds for original purchase method at this time.
For an exchange/return to be approved the item must be unused, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, bodily fluid stains, in like-new condition with no rips or pilling, hygienic liners and tags still in place. Items will not be accepted for exchange or return if not in original condition. Please try on swimwear with underwear.
All Tan Madonna's sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
How To Exchange
Exchanges can be made by emailing email@example.com. Please include your order number, the item you are exchanging, and the new item you'd like to receive.
Once your request is approved, please purchase a shipping label, carefully pack your item, and mail your exchange to:

Once your exchange has been received and approved, you will receive an email. Please obtain a tracking number to insure proof of delivery, we are not liable for lost return packages. We will cover the shipping costs of your new item and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your new item has been shipped.
There are no exchanges on sale items. If an item does not meet the quality standard it will be refused and returned to the sender.
How To Return For Store Credit
Tan Madonna's will issue store credit to the value of your item that you no longer want. Just email us with your order number, the item you are returning, and let us know that you wish to receive store credit. Once approved, please pay for a shipping label and send to the above address.
We are not liable for lost return packages.
You will be issued the store credit digitally via email when we receive the item and approve it's condition. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please allow 14 business days for the return to be received and store credit to be issued.
Items on sale are not eligible for store credit and are final sale.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If Tan Madonna's accidentally sent you the incorrect item please email us and we will provide you with a shipping label. Once we receive the incorrect item back, we will send you the correct item and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
We insure that every item we ship out is in perfect condition. However, accidents happen and if you receive an item that is not in new condition or has manufacturing defects, please email us with pictures. Let us know if you'd like to receive store credit or the new item. Once your item has been approved as damaged, we will either issue you store credit or send you a new item.
